Most of our campuses use the Klang app and system for in-ear monitor mixing. Get the app here:

Watch this quick tutorial to get started using the mixing system. When you get on campus, you’ll be provided with an in-ear pack and in-ear monitoring headphones. It’s a good idea to bring your own headphones, just in case.
In-ear Monitor Mixing
MIXING BASICS:
In order to get the most out of the amazing in-ear systems we get to use, you’ll want to embrace a few features, such as panning (stereo or 3D), and including all of the instrument channels to some extent. You may not need to ‘hear the drums’, but it helps to have them in your mix to adjust for the disparity in the room when the main sound system is pushing the drums. Being as immersed in the sound as possible increases your connection to the music and thus your connection to leading the congregation.
As a starting point, try the 30/60/90 method. Set all the tracks at around 30% volume. Then raise primary instruments to about 60% volume, such as acoustic guitar or keys, and the click track. Finally, raise your instrument and/or vocal to 90%. Then, you can fine tune as needed.

Outward worship and expression begins with inward devotion.
